I recreated the SVG files because the color information was incorrect. I used minify from the Debian repos, but the files are still not very small—though they are sufficient for this purpose; at least no data is lost.

tdf#128968 Remove redundant SwitchXFormsDesignMode option
This makes the corresponding icon show up again
e.g. with the gen or qt6 VCL plugins for the "Form"
context menu entry in the form navigator that can be
seen like this:
* start Writer
* "Form" -> "Form Navigator"
* right-click on "Forms" to open the context menu
* navigate to context menu entry "New" -> "Form"
Before the above-mentioned commit, an icon was
shown for the menu entry, but that one got lost
with the above commit.
It is shown again with this commit in place again,
which reverts the removal of the corresponding
links again.
(Originally observed in a WIP branch experimenting
with implementing support for native Qt widgets
for the form navigator dialog where the attempt
to use a non-existing icon was triggering an
assert.)

Added the following commands:
.uno:StartPara
.uno:EndPara
.uno:CommonAlignStart
.uno:CommandAlignEnd
Currently, the Start/End align commands use the same icons as the
Left/Right align commands, respectively, but they are mirrored
automatically in RTL context to reflect the appearance of the text.
Unique icons may be added in a future commit.

Introduce a new UNO command, ".uno:ExtensionManager",
which is used to open the "Extensions" dialog from the
menu, notebookbar and using the keyboard shortcut
(Ctrl+Alt+E) instead of specifying the service name
"service:com.sun.star.deployment.ui.PackageManagerDialog"
in their configuration directly.
In a first step, handle the new UNO command in
SfxApplication::MiscExec_Impl by creating an
instance of the service by its name and executing the dialog
using the css::task::XJobExecutor interface without any
additional changes.
This matches what the previous way of triggering
the dialog would have done, i.e. no user-observable
behavior is intended yet.
This prepares for further changes in upcoming
commits, in particular passing a parent for
the dialog.
As documented in icon-themes/README.md, make sure to
have icons with the expected names, which is e.g.
used in the "Tabbed Compact" UI variant of the Notebookbar.

This patch adds a 'Text Alternative...' menu item to the Writer
Navigator context menu for content type entries that can have this
(Frames, Images, OLE objects, and Drawing objects). It also
adds an action button to the functions toolbar in the Writer Navigator
tool box for these content types.
Seems gtk isn't able to use the 'action-name' property in the .ui
file. <property name="action-name">.uno:ObjectTitleDescription</
property> works for qt and gen, which allows to not need the alias
"TargetURL" UNO commands added to GenericCommands.xcu and the icon
declarations added to the icon-theme link text files. I think it would
be nice if gtk supported this .ui property as well.

The preset border options available in Calc via buttons were different
between the main toolbar and the Properties sidebar, leading to a
confusing and inconsistent user experience.
As per the design team's proposal in the bug report, this patch
reworks both controls to use a single, unified 12-option grid of
the most common border presets.
This change modifies the UI definitions for both the sidebar and
toolbar controls and refactors the C++ logic to handle the new
unified layout. New icons have been created for the 'criss-cross'
style to match the various icon themes.

Normally, the icons for certain commands are mirrored when the writing
direction is RTL. A previous commit added code support so that icon
themes can optionally provide specialized versions of these mirrored
icons. This can be used in situations where, for example, the mirrored
icon would have incorrect shading or obviously mirrored symbols.
This commit reorganizes the icon themes to repurpose existing RTL
localized icons as RTL writing direction variants.

Add .uno:NoBreak to the Character sidebar panel to disable
automatic hyphenation for selected words. The icon is enabled
only on hyphenated words and words with disabled hyphenation.
Add .uno:Hyphenate icon to the Character sidebar panel, with
tooltip "Insert Soft Hyphen...", which opens the dialog for
(semi-)automatic insertion of soft hyphens.
Add paragraph-level hyphenation settings to the Paragraph
sidebar panel. Only the toggle button icon "Hyphenation"
is visible to enable hyphenation, if the paragraph is not hyphenated.
If it's enabled, show all paragraph-level settings.
These new sidebar controls allow adjusting paragraph layout and
hyphenation quickly, like DTP software do.
Note: to add icon to .uno:NoBreak, modify "Properties" of
officecfg/registry/data/org/openoffice/Office/UI/WriterCommands.xcu.
Note: it's possible, that high resolution icon sizes will need extra
dispatcher calls (the draft is attached to the issue in the bug tracker).

This commit moves bar-of-pie and pie-of-pie chart types into a separate
line in the chart type selection UI from 'plain' pie chart types. This
allows for separate UI controls, including a spin button added in this
commit for of-pie types to specify the number of entries to be included
in the composite wedge and broken out in the right-hand subchart. Per
discussion in this and related bugs, this may not be the long-term best
approach for specifying which entries go into the composite, and it
still only allows for the last entries in the composite. But it is a
step towards allowing greater control.
I've also changed the default number in the composite from 3 to 2, to
better match MSO.
I/O of the 'number in the composite wedge' parameter is not included
in this commit. Implementing that for ODF and OOXML perhaps should be
a separate bug or bugs.

A temporary (ugly, but appropriate) icon has been assigned.
The toggle can be customize-assigned to keyboard, menu, and toolbar,
and can be found by searching for "Dark Mode".
In the menu, it is checked when in Dark mode,
and in the toolbar it is "depressed" or highlighted as active.
Dark mode has been added to the view tab of notebookbar.ui.
I added it as NOT VISIBLE, for several reasons.
- dark mode is rather new and not so stable, so don't over-promote it.
- notebookbars cannot be infinitely customized by the end user,
so developers have to add all items. Users only enable or disable.
- toggling dark mode really ought to be done at the OS level,
and typically should be a one-time setting,
therefore not appropriate to waste precious toolbar space.
The primary benefit of making it available in the menu
is for QA testers who want to easily switch back and forth.
WARNING: by customizing the notebookbar, you prevent seeing
any future NBB changes made to the program
(until you reset to defaults or blow away the user profile).
Dark Mode can easily be added to a menu, toolbar or keyboard shortcut
by the end user, so I didn't bother adding it anywhere else.
To avoid completely cluttering up this commit,
I only added Dark mode to the main notebookbar.
Once this commit has been finalized,
the other writer-apps and notebookbars can
also gain this command.
