Using 0xf10d0c ("Dark Red 1") for Spelling brings a contrast of 4.8
and 4.37:1 against white and dark respectively. 0x3465a4 ("Dark Blue 1")
for Grammar results in 5.92 / 3.54.

In case of mirrored pages the gutter cannot be left or right but
inner or outer. To make the dialog easier to understand the modifier
checkbox for Left turning this into Right was changed to radio buttons.

Probably introduced to avoid nonsense values like km all settings
was rejected and mm used. We should allow users to full configuration
and km was removed from the list anyway.

Shades the background of Notebookbars with module-specific
colors if theming is enabled. The patch adds four *NOTEBOOKBARCOLOR
colors in the UI theming section.
To deal with light/dark system themes, the color is merged with the
background at a transparency of 150 by default, which can be changed
via the expert setting common::Misc::NotebookbarColorTransparency.
MacOS is excluded since it draws the whole Notebookbar and has
no extra colors for the background.

The donationbanner did not respond to resize events and crashed
on close for gtk3. The multiple strings were over-engineering,

Removing trailing/leading spaces or tabs might come as a surprise.
Telling the user what happens and offering access to the options
should make this action more transparent.
The patch adds an infobar with buttons to not show it again via the
AutoCorrLeadTrail variable, and to change the auto correction options.
The dialog is opened at the respective tab per SID_OPEN_AUTOCORROPTIONS,
which is sorted into the sfxresid's to keep similar ID's together.
SID_RULER* and SID_TABLE* ID's were incremented therefore.

Previously the patch it was required to check the option under
Formatting Aids AND to enable non-printable characters. Now the latter
is not needed anymore. If the option under Formatting Aids is unchecked,
the ° symbol wont be shown if NPC is on.
