Christian Lohmaier 9e348f9c5b no longer add the 64bit windows explorer extensions to the 32bit build 
those were from a time where there was 64bit Windows, but no 64bit
builds of LibreOffice/OpenOffice.org - now the only usecase for 32bit
LibreOffice is to use it on 32bit-only machines…

Christian Lohmaier 396c9dd4a4 don't add 64bit activex component to 32bit builds anymore 
makefile stuff anymore, there's still code that can be removed from the
actual code (partly reverting 8f6b5370be
that added support for using 64bit Internet Explorer with 32bit Office

Andras Timar a76a0ca930 Remove obsolete Numbertext 0.9.5 extension 
There is no point to bundle it, because
1) it is an old version
2) since LibreOffice 7.5 there are built-in number formats in
   Calc with the same functionality (using libnumbertext FWIW)

Gabor Kelemen 437b3b9d4f Drop unused CT2N extension 
It is not bundled by any downstream distributions

Michael Stahl 4ffdb6750f remove TDE integration (vclplug, address book, config backend) 
It has ~no users, can't even be built on modern Linuxes, and it annoys
folks who want to refactor VCL.

Per ESC decision from 2017-06-08, remove --enable-tde and --enable-tdeab.

Jan-Marek Glogowski a9e7645cb9 TDE: move stuff into the tde-integration package 
Currently the package just contains the TDE shell backend library.
This moves the URL handler tde-url-open and the vcl plugin into
the integration package, like the KDE3 based kde-integration.

The TDE address book driver is left in the core package.

Norbert Thiebaud 64914e407c vs2012 express support. 
vs2012 express does not have atl so one need to
--disable-atl and --disable-activex

but then the packaging still try to include a few _x64.dll
that are not built.
