the ODF settings exporter has no unsigned long type and silently drops it:
warn:xmloff:xmloff/source/core/SettingsExportHelper.cxx:163: this type (unsigned long) is not implemented now
so the hash never reached the file and the modify-protection was lost on
save. import already reads it back as sal_Int32.
it was originally exported with that cast in:
