Caolán McNamara ad9e26606f sc: fold hasExternalContentLinks into one hasUpdatableLinks predicate ...

At this point every link that can be in the list is already either
one of the things specifically checked for, or is an obscure corner
case that if it does start to appear in the list should be checked.

So collapse this to its simpler reality.
