Justin Luth 78f371e500 NFC tdf#111843 SfxViewShell: HasSelection(bText=true), remove =true 
No Functional Change intended

This function is used very specifically for only UI stuff.
It is very different from any regular stuff.

So help to differentiate it by requiring the bool value.

To make sure I got all of them, I tested by requiring
a bogus OUString variable as well - make sure it compiled.
