Sergey Anisimov 64c7eac192 tdf#170681 - Using separated QThread for Qt frame grabber 
Triggering event processing in the soffice process in
QtFrameGrabber::grabFrame is problematic. To avoid
this, using separated QThread (and QEeventLoop)
