Unticking Diacritic-sensitive in Find and Replace changed nothing in
Calc, so a search for a word written without accents still passed over
the accented cells.
Before searching, Calc drops the Asian search options again when they
are turned off, and that mask threw away the two options the dialog
offers on their own as well. Keep those two.

svx a11y: Use OAccessible in SvxGraphCtrlAccessibleContext::getLocale
, there is a new method SvxGraphCtrlAccessibleContext::getAccessibleParentImpl
to get a reference of the the more specific OAccessible
base class instead of the XAccessible UNO interface.
Use that in SvxGraphCtrlAccessibleContext::getAccessible
and pass the result of the method directly to the
AccessibleShapeInfo ctor instead of storing it in a
local variable first.
This prepares for switching the parent param in the
AccessibleShapeInfo ctor from XAccessible to OAccessible
in an upcoming commit.

Move the actual implementation logic to retrieve the
accessible parent from
SvxGraphCtrlAccessibleContext::getAccessibleParent
to a new helper SvxGraphCtrlAccessibleContext::getAccessibleParentImpl
that returns an OAccessible instead of the abstract XAccessible
UNO interface and call the new helper from the former.
Use the new helper directly from SvxGraphCtrlAccessibleContext::getLocale
which allows to use OAccessible as type for the local variable
and thus drops the need to explicitly query for the XAccessibleContext,
because OAccessible implements that interface as well.
This also prepares for further changes in an upcoming commit.

Whenever the parent param is non-null, it is a
ScAccessibleEditObject. Switch the param to
that concrete type.
This will also allow to get rid of the need to cast in
ScAccessibleEditObject::InitAcc in an upcoming commit.

vcl::Window::GetAccessibleParent returns an rtl::Reference<OAccessible>,
so use a local variable of that type instead of the abstract
XAccessible UNO interface. This also drops the need to get the
XAccessibleContext and XAccessibleComponent interfaces separately,
as OAccessible directly implements these as well.

This works around a 24.8 regression from
commit efb805eb24
tdf#159897 docx import: fix broken hyperlink
The logic to strip out quotation marks is totally flawed.
It is also incomprehensible.
So just work around it by putting the tooltip info
at the end of the command so parsing
it will not absorb other field codes.
Surprisingly only one existing unit test with a TOC w/ tooltip?

Switch from the abstract XAccessible UNO interface to the
more concrete OAccessible for AccessibleGridControlBase::m_xParent
and rename accordingly.
Drop now no longer needed method calls and UNO queries
to get the XAccessibleContext and XAccessibleComponent interfaces,
because OAccessible directly implements those interfaces
itself as well.
