In the past, weld.hxx used to contain the class
definitions for weld::Widget and all subclasses.
By now, weld::Widget and almost all subclasses have
been moved to separate headers, to make it easier
to keep the overview and to avoid having to
recompile ~all UI code when one class changes.
By now, only weld::Button is left in weld.hxx.
Rename the header to Button.hxx.
Drop weld.hxx includes and instead add Button.hxx
includes (or weld::Button forward declarations) where
weld::Button is used.
(Don't simply replace all weld.hxx includes with
Button.hxx ones, since many of them were for the
use of other widgets that have since been moved
to their own headers.)
Add further includes where needed now that the
(direct or transitive) includes of weld.hxx were removed.

comphelper module is sufficiently low-level for this immediate use case, so use
that at least for now; o3tl might be even more suitable but doesn't have a

only break DbgGetCaughtException, exceptionToString, TOOLS_WARN_EXCEPTION,
TOOLS_WARN_EXCEPTION_IF, and TOOLS_INFO_EXCEPTION out of

The main reason for the "home-grown" UpCast introduced with
904b3d1fce "Up-cast conversion constructor for
css::uno::Reference" in 2013 was probably that we could not yet rely on C++11
std::is_base_of back then. A (welcome) side effect was that the derived class
could be incomplete.
However, specializations of UpCast relying on whether or not T2 is incomplete
are obviously an ODR violation if the type is incomplete in some TUs and
complete (and derived from T1) in others. And even if UpCast had internal
linkage, it would still be brittle that its behavior depends on the completeness
of T2 at the point of the template's instantiation, and not necessarily at the
point of use.
That means we should better base that ctor on std::is_base_of (which we can do
now since 39a1edd6fe "Make css::uno::Reference
upcast ctor LIBO_INTERNAL_ONLY"), which causes a compilation error at least on
Clang and GCC if the completeness requirements are not met. This change fixes
all the cases where types need to be complete now, plus any resulting
loplugin:referencecasting warnings ("the source reference is already a subtype
of the destination reference").

Several bugs (AFAIK not filed into tdf bugzilla) fixed.
Remaining problems:
When some filter clauses go into WHERE and others in HAVING,
they are always logically ANDed (it cannot be any other way),
but that is not communicated to the user in the UI.
Some things left undone:
* DatabaseDataProvider (and its users?) needs to be updated
to be HAVING-aware, too.
* Form-based filter (.uno:FormFilter) not HAVING-aware
it reads the current filter in function
svxform::FormController::setFilter
in
svx/source/form/formcontrollers.cxx
That's one place that needs to be updated.
The other place is the one that applies the filter.
