The list of sheets is already available via right clic on any activated button
in the navigation bar. However, it is somehow hidden for the user.
This change added (for LTR and RTL UI) a hamburger button which show the list
with a simple left click.

With resolution of tdf#49787, it is now possible to use
different slide sizes for the different masters.
Nature Illustration template had 4:3 ratio slide size.
This commit adds 2 master slides redesigned to better fit in 16:9 ratio
Remove underscore in master names
Default ratio is now 16:9. Preview updated accordingly.

With resolution of tdf#49787, it is now possible to use
different slide sizes for the different masters.
This commit sets the correct size for each master slide.
Position of elements was also reviewed.
Pictures in 4:3 ratio were missing an horizontal line.
Names of master slides were uniformized

Previous Master slide names were containing a '-'
"Blueprint Plans-4:3" and "Standard-43"
This was generating numerous warning with debug build
and prevents using these styles of the masters:
erroneous font size were used for outlines for instance

Prior to Biff8, Biff12 is tested as format for pasting.
The new format is read using SfxObjectShell::DoLoad. Since the import
must be to an ScDocument in SCDOCMODE_CLIP mode, a new ctor was added
for SfxObjectShell, that initializes the document with needed mode.
The change in MS_Excel_2007_Binary.xcu enables GetFilter4ClipBoardId
to return the correct filter.
Since clipboard documents don't have a chart listener collection, we
must not call SetChartListenerCollectionNeedsUpdate from SetChanged;
otherwise, ScDocument::UpdateChartListenerCollection would crash.

When an OLE object (for instance a chart in Calc) is edited,
resizing should behave like in non-edited mode:
handles in corner resize proportionaly (Widht/Height ratio is preserved)
whereas handles on edges modify Width/Height ratio

mimetype was correctly stored with the first zip command,
but mimetype was also present in the files list on the second zip command.

To ease modifications by user, this change replace both background
pictures, by their equivalent in shapes. Now, trees, sun, clouds, flowers can be
moved, removed or duplicated. Illustration is sharper.
- add shadow and blur to clouds on 2nd master
- add shadow and blur to other shapes (1st and 2nd master), to have a more consistent presentation
- move light green tree in the foreground for a more logic perspective
- remove unused styles

Some default styles ("Filled Blue", "Filled Red", "Filled Yellow",
"Outlined Blue", "Outlined Red", "Outlined Yellow") were modified. But
when slide is copied to other presentation, these new styles are
replaced by default styles.
This change duplicates the formats to preserve them when slides are
copied outside Candy template.

Number format with no integer digit, such as "+.##;-.##"
was placing string with the decimal separator.
This change insert string at the begining of the number string as
expected.
This format code is saved as "+#.##;-#.##" in ODF, but display is the
same; so no change is made on this side.

When pasting data as text, with "Skip empty cells" not checked, empty
cells in the last column of the source do not empty cells in
destination, because there is nothing anymore to paste and while loop
stops.
This commit adds a flag to check if the last cell of each line is empty,
and treat it if "Skip empty cells" is not checked.
Add UITest to Copy data with empty cells;
Paste Unformatted text, without "Skip empty cells";
Check data with empty cells in last column.

Impress templates from Indonesian community contain some README files,
containing authors name and licences information. They are only
available in source code.
This commit removes these README files and move information to meta.xml
file, dc:decription element. This information is now available to user
in dialog: File > Properties > Description
It needs to delete also extras/source/templates/presnt/Growing_Liberty/readme.txt
As this file is using CR/LF as end of line, I cannot remove it through normal git/gerrit process.
