Switch from the abstract XAccessible UNO interface to the
more concrete OAccessible for AccessibleGridControlBase::m_xParent
and rename accordingly.
Drop now no longer needed method calls and UNO queries
to get the XAccessibleContext and XAccessibleComponent interfaces,
because OAccessible directly implements those interfaces
itself as well.

Call SwAccessibleMap::GetContextImpl instead of
SwAccessibleMap::GetContex to get a more concrete
type that subclasses OAccessible and switch the
local variable to that type.
Drop a now redundant call to OAccessible::getAccessibleContext
as that returns a reference to self.

OAccessible returns itself in its XAccessible::getAccessibleContext
