Replace table-related UI strings that use “Heading” with
“Header” in Writer where they refer to table header rows.
This updates the Insert Table dialog, Convert Text to Table
dialog, Table Properties > Text Flow page, and the related tip-of-the-day text, so the terminology is consistent in the
table context.
