Replace a few index loops with range-based iteration where the counter
was only used for element access: index algorithm lookup, UTF-16 OLE
string streaming, and scanning DDE connections for a matching handle.
Verification: make svtools sfx2

Replace index-only loops where we copy from containers into UNO or
diagram structures using an explicit sequence index / output pointer:
- BasicColorConfig: vector of property keys into Sequence OUString.
- ChartColorScheme: palette colors into uno color sequence buffer.
- RangeHighlighter: HighlightedRange list from OUString vectors.
Verified: make -j4 basctl chart2

Replace index-only loops over maIcons and maRenderers with range-based
iteration; behavior is unchanged (bitmap copies, benchmark resets, and
geomean still use container size).
Verified: make Executable_vcldemo
