Ilmari Lauhakangas 8a754ebff5 tdf#172833 Markdown export: don't output code spans within code blocks 
While fixing unwanted escaping in code blocks, it was noticed that
in Markdown export, code spans were being emitted for preformatted text
paragraphs even though they appeared within a single code block.

Ilmari Lauhakangas a2ed9aa09a Revert "tdf#151551 Remove frame target option from Hyperlink dialog" 
This reverts commit 74147823a7.

The terminology in the dialog confused the reporter and implementers
and a useful feature was accidentally removed. The feature may be
simplified later, but let's first revert cleanly.

Ilmari Lauhakangas ddf77c92a5 tdf#163747 ODK docs: CSS hack to add "unpublished" decoration 
Add an HTML_EXTRA_STYLESHEET setting to the Doxyfile of idl
and remove HTML_TIMESTAMP = NO while at it (it is disabled by default
since Doxygen 1.8.9).

The hacky CSS rule is extra long due to the need to exclude
*.idl File Reference pages from it.

    Remove pinned icons from thumbnail view item and pushed it down
    to the recent documents view item. This avoids that the pinned
    icon will be shown in a simple thumbnail view, e.g., in the
    thumbnail view of the side pane in base.

    In addition, fixed an error with the number of elements in the
    thumbnail view in the start center when items are pinned, i.e.,
    removed a spurious new line.

... the pin icon stopped changing its state to highlighted.

I believe my commit makes it work like Andreas intended.

Also fix a typo in a member name to prevent accidents in the future.

Ilmari Lauhakangas e610847df3 tdf#163086 Resize SVG pin icons to 24x24 and clean them up 
This also reverts commit 13a42d5c2d which
worked around the issue of oversized SVGs.

Sukapura Dark's pin_document.svg was already 24x24, gets a cleanup anyway.

Editing the SVG source, I changed the 64 (and in one case 512) to 24.

Then, I opened each one in Inkscape, clicked the lock icon for width and height,
input /2.6667 (or 21,3333 in case the viewbox used to be 512) to the end of the
existing width and hit Enter to apply. Then in Object - Align and Distribute
panel, I set Relative to: Page and centered on vertical and horizontal axes.

Finally, I used svgcleaner to clean out all the useless crap in the source.
