Rafał Dobrakowski 6fac2ead2d tdf#171872 sc: allow copying status bar function values 
Copy the value from the status bar.
According to the checkboxes selected in the submenu.
If “None” is selected, choosing “Copy Value...” saves
an empty string to the clipboard.
This effectively clears the clipboard.
Support for multiple national languages has been added.

Rafał Dobrakowski 8f76899b2d tdf#168771 - Convert enum to enum class 
The package supporting the “pdfium” library has been improved.
Numeric values have been converted to a fixed-size enumeration type.
The changes apply to all occurrences of the older version of this code.

Rafał Dobrakowski b166bfdef9 tdf#114441 sal_uLong to better integer type 
Changed the type returned from the ‘InverseColorMap::GetBestPaletteIndex’ method.
The data is stored in ‘sal_uInt8’ format.
Converted to ‘sal_uInt16’ unnecessarily each time before use.

Rafał Dobrakowski 97af15c86c tdf#114441 Convert sal_uLong to better integer types 
This patch changes the usage of type sal_uLong in sc module to sal_Int32.
Looking into ScRefreshTimer constructor in sc/inc/refreshtimer.hxx, it
becomes clear that sal_Int32 is a good choice. The usage is for
communicating the refresh delay, measured in seconds. The reason to use
signed variables is to follow the convention in ScRefreshTimer class.

buldi f5e5e86144 tdf#114441 sal_uLong to better integer type 
At first it seemd that sal_uInt16 may be sufficient for storing possible
values. But as elsewhere unsigned 32 bit variables are used for such
purpose, sal_uInt32 is used which allows having more space for bigger values.
