This patch fixes the vlookup result in sorted order using OpenCl.
The issue was that the loop unrolling would cause the loop to exit early. This has been fixed to only happen in unsorted mode.

This patch splits the footnotes and endnotes section in Navigator.
Before, there was one section for both footnotes and endnotes and
now there are two sections, one for footnotes and one for endnotes.

I have put in code to store the option to show whitespace.
This option is stored at the document level like the other
layout options.

For every function that is an option for SUBTOTAL that was not already an
option in autosum (that is COUNTA, PRODUCT, STDEV, STDEVP, VAR, VARP),
the option was added in the autosum menu.
