Conceptually clone this code over to TabPage as well, and register

Add missing API documentation also to UnoControlDialogModel,

Layout code really doesn't like any extra controls it didn't create
itself - so create scrollbars only on demand.

- NeonSession is shared amongst several files (if on the same server
instance)
- there's explicit code in DAVSessionFactory::createDAVSession()
to share sessions for same host/target
- so then after a while, locks get refreshed, and session timeout
hits
- first lock -> no prob, ne_auth.c:ah_post_send() has
auth_challenge() failing, returning error, which puts that lock
into m_aRemoveDeferred list
- _but_ ah_post_send() then does a clean_session(), and the next
lock refresh from the same session hits NULLPTR session host
-> so let's delay any sspi_host cleanup until session object gets
freed, instead of just cleaned

This fixes verapdf A-1 validation error '6.2.11.5-1 glyph width in
dict and font file inconsistent'
Previous code was writing hard-coded '1000' as glyph width for any
type1 font subsetting - since actual type2 width info only became
available during subsequent convertOneTypeOp() parsing.
Catch was, that loop sometimes already modifies the output buffer
(whenever glyph path info was given), so we fix that by first padding
out 5 bytes for the width (size of integers are sadly variable), then
parsing Type2 glyph code, and in the end putting in the actual width
value we then know.
Can't put hsbw type1 op last, since standard requires that to be first
(and can only be given _once_)...
Could be re-done nicer by buffering Type2 glyph data, then writing it.
Left as an exercise for the reader.

Put various preps into place, that enable us to read txbxContent from
group shape children via the writerfilter parser, which gets us much
more features
Also:
- store shapecontexthandler on wrapper class in writerfilter
- move adding children shapes to ctor, not dtor
- remove RuntimeException in Writer's XShapes::add(), aligns this
with Draw/Impress API semantics, and helps here when trying to
add the same shape a 2nd time (which we then simply ignore)
- make oox's Shape notion of 'inside group' less ad-hoc
- make SwTextBoxHelper::getTextRectangle() cope with more than
CustomShape - so passing in a group shape will also yield some
sensible bounding box
- have SwTextBoxHelper handle group content, too
- derive WpsContext from ShapeContext, so we can later substitute it
for that inside WpgContext
- keep WpgContext::onCreateContext() _for the moment_ with the old
delegation to ShapeContext (needs to use WpsContext to enable
writerfilter text input)
