As Java applets were removed in Java 26, this patch recovers the
example in a new form, AWT instead of applet.

Previously, .NET SDK examples were bound specifically to .NET 8 target
version, or "net8.0". Now, the major/minor version of .NET SDK is
extracted from the output of invoking 'dotnet --version' command to
create the project file for .NET SDK examples.
For example:
$ dotnet --version
9.0.123
Then, the target will be 'net9.0', as is expected:
$ echo net$(dotnet --version | cut -d. -f1-2)
net9.0

The UNO a11y API is unpublished and has no stability
guarantuee whatsoever and is not meant to be used by external
users, so don't use it in the InputEvents example.

to test the new Native bridge:
- FirstLoadComponent
- HelloTextTableShape
- PathSettings
- PathSubstitution
- TerminationTest
- WriterDemo
The examples include VB.NET and F# as well to test support for
non-C# .NET languages.

This patch includes all marshalling and proxy handling code on the
.NET side as well as the native side needed for a fully functional
UNO bridge.
It also includes some changes and corrections to net_basetypes and
netmaker needed for the bridge to work properly.
It also includes the FirstUnoContact example in C# as demonstration.

This commit ports the Clipboard example from
odk/examples/DevelopersGuide/OfficeDev/ to Python.
The original Java example code was moved to a java/ subdirectory, and
the new Python code was added to the python/ subdirectory. Necessary
changes were made in the corresponding Makefiles.
Along with the sample code in Clipboard.java, the ClipboardListener,
ClipboardOwner and TextTransferable classes were ported.

the new C++ code was added to the cxx/ subdirectory. Necessary changes
were made in the corresponding Makefiles.
Along with the code in TerminationTest.java, the TerminateListener
class was also ported and used in the same C++ file.

The HelloTextTableShape example, which was recently ported to C++,
has a small typo in line #64 of the Makefile. It gives the user the
command to run the example, but it was missing an 'e' at the end.

Previously, in SDK examples, de-referencing was done unconditionally
after obtaining a reference using UNO_QUERY. Now, we use UNO_QUERY_THROW
instead, to make sure cases where exceptions may occure can be handled
correctly.
