Replace PNG background images by SVG pictures.
Now background can be modified: right clic on picture > Break
Move and resize any element of the picture

Illustrations are now sharper. User may modifiy colors or adds music
notes.

To ease modifications by user, this change replace both background
pictures, by their equivalent in shapes. Now, trees, sun, clouds, flowers can be
moved, removed or duplicated. Illustration is sharper.
- add shadow and blur to clouds on 2nd master
- add shadow and blur to other shapes (1st and 2nd master), to have a more consistent presentation
- move light green tree in the foreground for a more logic perspective
- remove unused styles
- remove text:span empty tags

the tmplate packaging code was full of copy'n'paste code with little
understanding on how the rules actually work/what the statements
actually do. (e.g. using separate calls to addprefix can be a matter
of taste, but adding the call to get the extra files each time is
pointless and just adds the same set of files multiple times).
Unifying the fixed list of files and standardizing the base path for the
relative filenames further allows to streamline the recipes
