tdf#173818 Update sensitivity of letter spacing label when change alignment

The justification section of the dialog is all disabled whenever the
chosen alignment is something other than “justify”. When the value is
changed the sensitivity of all of the controls is updated, except that
the update for the label for letter spacing was missing. This looked
weird on the dialog.
