[API CHANGE] Dont mention optional XAccessible iface for UnoControl

The XAccessible UNO interface is unpublished. It exists
as an implementation detail of the current internal
a11y logic. That may change at any point in time.

Don't mention this unpublished interface as an optional
interface to be implemented by the published UnoControl service.

, UnoControl doesn't implement the XAccessible interface
any more.

(Since it was already optional before, that didn't break
any guarantee previously given by the service documentation,
but clean that up now.)
