lok: style panel shortcut icon command fix

This reverts commit 90a63a2325e45b435762570ac9aecd50fcb5b676.
lok: use .uno:SidebarDeck.StyleListDeck as shortcut

it caused regresison in Writer where we should still open the
Style Edit dialog. Only Calc should open style list.
