No --without-fonts gb_CppunitTest_set_non_application_font_use,*,abort

...which had caused an (explicit --without-fonts) Fedora build to hit the
std::abort in PrintFontManager::Substitute
(vcl/unx/generic/fontmanager/fontconfig.cxx) during
CppunitTest_sd_import_tests-smartart's testTdf134221::TestBody, apparently for
some aTargetName = "DejaVu Sans"
