Noel Grandin db50f2f094 clang-tidy bugprone-copy-constructor-init

message is "calling a base constructor other than the copy constructor"

these constructors are not in use, so just remove them

Contains the StarBASIC Interpreter

This implements a macro language that, when in VBA compatibility mode,
is intended to be interoperable with Visual Basic for Applications,
allowing people to run macros embedded in their documents.
