gbuild: Allow setting an exclude pattern for tarball extraction
to not extract the files in the "pixman-0.46.4/.gitlab-ci.d"
directory of the pixman tarball.
Since this is only used for pixman's Gitlab CI, it is not relevant
for the LibreOffice build and the directory contains symlinks
which would result in the extraction to fail in an --enable-headless
wsl-as-helper build on Windows like this:

Same error seen when trying to manually extract the tarball
using tar in Git Bash.
The inability to extract certain tarballs containing symlinks
in Git Bash/msys2 is a known problem, reported at [1].

The graphics library, used for anti-aliasing. From [http://cairographics.org/]. This code is used by default only on Linux, though it is also available on Mac. There is a cairo-canvas implementation that is the main customer, and it is enabled via 'use hardware acceleration' in the general options.
