Those Java a11y/UNO tests have been disabled since
commit d3d4b6789d

sb120: #i110988# disable failing tests for now
The test can still be seen failing e.g. by enabling the
first one locally again and then running
`make JunitTest_svtools_unoapi`.
Drop the broken tests altogether.
If there should be a relevant tests again in the future,
writing new (presumably C++, see [1]) ones from scratch seems more
promising than having to deal with these outdated and disabled
tests.
Dropping them also prepares for an upcoming a11y change
that would break even more assumptions that the tests make.
