The logic was relevant for Collabora Online/jsdialog,
but Collabora Online no longer uses this repo and
jsdialog support was dropped in
commit 8a91868e21

drop JSDialog machinery
This was (also) used in the dumpState function in
vcl/source/app/lok.cxx for debugging purposes
when using LibreOfficeKit to dump more information
about the vcl::Window hierarchy. Drop the call to
it there, but leave dumping other information
in place there.
