...after 50f1498332 "Remove ten year old file that
is unused" removed it completely and thus broke
<https://ci.libreoffice.org/job/lo_ubsan/3808/>. (And if an empty file turns
out to be enough, we can either remove it completely in a second step, from both
core and lode, or keep it around in case we ever need to add new content into
it.)
