Introduced in changes I3b14b5a07f107de69825583f54023d2d98984288,
I2ac162e13040b0414bf0cdc5d3eb7ac997db9503 and
Iac1761e71169a322d67dcabecb7eb89ab00176c3

We can remove all these code and files because we now have
markdown under paste special.
