Similar to the Page object's Annots key, but here we want to append our reference to the nested AcroForm/Fields key, so that needs more infrastructure. This is also needed (but not enough) to be able to sign a PDF document multiple times. Stuff for document signing. This code provides dialogs, and infrastructure wrapping libxmlsec that implements document signing.
