If we decide /AxtualText tags are needed, then the ToUnicode map for the given glyph is broken and there is no point in keeping it. Previously we kept it for tools that don’t support /ActualText, but this seem to actually make things worse for tools that support it. Tools that don’t support /ActualText are broken and can’t be helped anyway, so we now drop the ToUnicode mapping in this case.
