The problem was that a list entry with subpoints
(i.e. an offset of more than 1)
was being broken up by a list entry moving down
if it was the last list entry before a non-textnode
(like before a table, or at the end of the document).
Before a section, the move was being refused outright.
Both of those situations are fixed by this patch.
