a: use TOOLS_WARN_EXCEPTION for getVisualAreaSize/setVisualAreaSize
exceptions
b: Assert in the calc and impress tiled-rendering tests that the shape,
slide-background and master-page-background fillbitmap links are
registered in their LinkManagers similar to how the existing writer test
does.
