Miklos Vajna d91da67575 pdfium: replace extractpatterns.patch with the upstreamed version ...

Similar to commit a7850ccd6656d1718fd0d89709550664e997c759 (pdfium:
replace the fix-windows-build patch with the upstreamed version,
2026-09-11).

The upstreamed version doesn't need a pdf page parameter, so clean up
some (now) unused pPage and (pre-existing) nPageObjectIndex parameters
as well.
