Hossein 191c23dc4e Improve restartdialog.ui by using a single label

Previously, multiple labels were defined for restartdialog.ui, one for
each reason! This patch modifies the ui file, leaves only one label and
sets its text for each reason of restart.

The patch is written in a way to make the changes minimal and keep the
behavior unchanged, and also keep the strings translateable with the
context preserved.
