Michael Weghorn d09b0d2b2d sc a11y: Use concrete type, drop redundant UNO query ...

Use a local variable of the specific ScAccessibleSpreadsheet
type instead of the abstract XAccessible UNO interface.
This drops the need to explicitly query for the
XAccessibleTable interface, as ScAccessibleSpreadsheet
is known to implement it.
