* Change "Basic Greek" to "Greek and Coptic".
* Change "Canadian..." to "Unified Canadian...".
* Change "C1 Controls and Latin-1 Supplement" to "Latin-1 Supplement"
  because "Latin-1 Supplement" is the more commonly used name.
