Drop the unpublished and unused UNO service "com.sun.star.accessibility.AccessibleContext". It is unnecessary and not used for implementing a11y support. Previously some a11y implementations were declaring support for it without that being used anywhere, but that has been dropped in earlier commits. What is relevant is the com.sun.star.accessibility.XAccessibleContext interface instead, which remains in place.
