Tor Lillqvist 45e8d96df3 Fix fallout from a2e4be6ded

Should fix build for iOS. There is no liblibotouch.a any more, and the only
library in $WORKDIR/LinkTarget/Library turns out to be the Android-only
liblo-bootstrap.a now.

Tools and scripts mostly not used during the build

This direction has a number of key pieces (?) that are used during the
build, or are simply generally useful. One example is

bin/find-german-comments <directory>

which will try to detect and extract all the German comments in a
given source code hierarchy / directory.
