Tomaž Vajngerl 4f347ebaba use shared_ptr for model::Theme instead of unique_ptr

Also change other cases to use the shared_ptr so there is no need
to do copies and replace some of docmodel/theme/Theme.hxximports
with forward declarations.

Document Model Types and Objects

Contains document model types, that don't require many dependencies except basic types found in basegfx and tools. The purpose of this types and objects is to be available in all common components.
