The dialog tab page that this commit here adjusts
can be triggered like this (s. tdf#129702):
* install a smart tags extension e.g. the one from
Hanya in [1]
* "Tools" -> "autoCorrect" -> "AutoCorrect Options..."
* switch to the "Smart Tags" tab
This case was found by running the ui-rules-enforcer
with upcoming commit
