Added the following commands: .uno:StartPara .uno:EndPara .uno:CommonAlignStart .uno:CommandAlignEnd Currently, the Start/End align commands use the same icons as the Left/Right align commands, respectively, but they are mirrored automatically in RTL context to reflect the appearance of the text. Unique icons may be added in a future commit.
