Mark Hung 85c62a36a9 Fix tdf#93781 Impress copy wrong style name to clipboard when

style name contains Chinese character.

Encode style name in multibyte sring (ex,Chinese) properly with
RTFOutFuncs::Out_String().

Edit engine.

In OO.o build DEV300m72 this module was split off from svx but it
has no dependencies on [[svx]] (nor on [[sfx2]]) while in turn svx depends on editeng
