This reverts commit 9865440d21.
This is not ready to land yet, seems like the latest update
of the logic reveals a bunch more places I need to fix before it can land.
Common User Interface It was moved out from svx in DEV300m68: http://www.mail-archive.com/dev@openoffice.org/msg12925.html It contains dialogs used by more than one application, e.g. paragraph properties.
