The word “outline” in LibreOffice can refer to either the lines of the shape of something or an overview of something. When the string is quite short it’s difficult for translators to know which meaning is intended. There seems to be quite a lot of cases where the translators have got this wrong. In order to help them this patch adds translator comments to a bunch of the strings to explain which meaning should be used.
