Instead of hard-coding the spacing for the vcl IconView
implementation to 5 pixels, use that as the default, but
override it with the GtkIconView::item-padding [1] property
if that one is set for an icon view in a .ui file.

, this results in the spacing between ColorIconView items
now also being smaller than before when the vcl implementation
(SalInstanceIconView) is used.
