Stephan Bergmann da212b3e09 Use sal_Int32 to print SbxLONG value

(The "%ld" format specifier had now caused -Werror,-Wformat with clang-cl for a
Windows 64-bit build.)

Contains the StarBASIC Interpreter

This implements a macro language that, when in VBA compatibility mode,
is intended to be interoperable with Visual Basic for Applications,
allowing people to run macros embedded in their documents.
