These are all obsolete and unused: `rtl_Digest_AlgorithmMD2` `rtl_Digest_AlgorithmSHA` `rtl_Digest_AlgorithmHMAC_MD5` Adapt `rtl_digest.cxx` to use some random other digest instead.
