Luboš Luňák 59074c09b8 remove use of #pragma optimize

All these are years old, guessing from some comments as old
as Windows 9x support. These workarounds do not seem to be needed now.

Contains the StarBASIC Interpreter

This implements a macro language that, when in VBA compatibility mode,
is intended to be interoperable with Visual Basic for Applications,
allowing people to run macros embedded in their documents.
