Michael Weghorn dc4c55c51d a11y: Simplify AccessibleGridControlTable::getAccessibleCellAt

Call 'AccessibleGridControlTable::getAccessibleChild'
with the calculated child index instead of duplicating
the handling to retrieve/create the proper
accessible object.
